Refund policy

Ordered the wrong item? No problem! Most items that are still new, unused, and undamaged can be returned with a mandatory 15% restocking fee if returned within 30 days of purchase. No returns are accepted on electrical components, paints, oils, chemicals, belts, tires, gaskets, gasket sets, or seals. All of these sales are final. No returns are accepted on parts that have been installed and/or used and removed, or removed from a kit or assembly. All of these sales are final. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) that can be obtained by phone (254-732-5336) or email (orders@mowerpartsgroup.com). The original purchaser is responsible for any return freight or insurance to our RMA center, as well as to the manufacturer, if necessary. Shipping charges are not refundable. All RMA processes (claim, delivery of the part to RMA center, completion of tracking, and delivery to manufacturer) must be completed within 30 days of original delivery or your claim will no longer be valid.
